Hoping to get some help here with these codes.

I understand them to mean bank 2 is stuck lean. I've replaced all 4 02 sensors, cleaned MAF sensor, checked fuel pressure and fuel injectors, taken apart and replaced air intake manifold and checked all hoses for leaks and NOTHING. I've seen some others with a fuel pump causing the bad reading but we did a fuel pressure check and it stayed steady at 44PSI. the truck is definitely running rough at idle and the smell from the tailpipe has a very strong gas smell, I'm assuming because the computer is running rich to compensate the lean condition code. I've checked the wires around the 02 sensors and nothing seems off there, do I go ahead and commit to checking the entire wiring harness to make sure theres nothing there? is there anything else I should check before that headache of a job? I am about to pull my hair out trying to figure this out!

    Thanks in advance!!

Do you have a scan tool that can display live data?
If you do I want you to look at AFR and O2 Sensor voltages for all 4 sensors as well as long term and short term fuel trims for both banks at idle and under load and post your findings.
Were the sensors OEM Denso and not some knockoff crap from Amazon or Ebay?

We checked the voltages for all 4 02 sensors, bank 1 showed the typical up and down wave pattern when the engine was fully warmed, both bank 2 sensors rose in temp but then got stuck near the top of the chart when the engine warmed. I bought sensors off at 1A auto- however, when I kept getting the error codes I bought a denso and tested it on the side that was giving me issues and it also did not work. I check out my fuel trim levels this evening.

    UPDATE - SOLVED

So after running the gamut and testing everything, turns out my particular problem was simple. I replaced all 4 o2 sensors, but right before we were about to start splicing into the cars wiring harness to find a short, we decided to check one of the sensors. Turns out, the sensor was broken from the factory. I would have not assumed that a new sensor would come broken, but that is a lesson learned. Double check your new parts, and buy OEM the first time... Hope this thread helps someone in the future. Both codes have been cleared and have not come back on in over 50 miles so I'm guessing I'm in the clear.
