2011 Tacoma v6 and I don't believe it has JBL audio.

Im changing out my old aftermarket head unit and it's mostly complete but I didn't mark what these audio plugs came out of or if they were ever hooked up.

They come out of the white connector pictured.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I may have just figured it out.

It may supply connection to a factory 3.5 aux port.

Which I don't have which is why it was never labeled.

    Does that sound correct?

Hard to say without seeing more pictures of the wiring. Sounds like a reasonable guess, could also be a line level input for an amp or something.

Did you buy the truck with an aftermarket unit installed?

I believe this is the inline adapter for the swc. And yes the truck is have an aftermarket head unit and wiring for a sub and amp. But sub and amp were removed. I have since installed another tiny self powered amp in the back.

Ill have you know I plugged everything in and the unit works great and looks good. SWC doesn't work so far but I don't care at this point. I should make a separate post about that.

I just replaced the head unit in my 2014 Tacoma, which did not have the separate amp.
I installed the Kenwood DMX9708S. I started with Metra hardware but reverted back to the original metal mounting brackets (required modification) because the plastic Metra brackets allowed the unit to bounce around when driving on our dirt roads. I used the Maestro iDataLink with all the adapters. Unfortunately the adapters were not wired properly for the parking brake and reverse (backup cam activation). I called Crutchfield tech but they were zero help. I was able to locate the proper wires and steal two pins from one of the 'extra' connectors that came with all the adapters.

Also, I did not use the OEM USB+aux jack, but instead installed a new dual USB port in it's place. The Kenwood will not recognize a 2nd USB port, so it is wired just for charging purposes. This allows me to still play music from my flash drive when someone wants to charge their phone.

I did not use the RCA jacks in my kit (like the ones you show).

The Maestro allows all of my steering wheel functions to work.
The device requires a connection to a computer, where you use their software to program what each steering wheel switch does before installing.
The only downside to this approach is that I changed my mind on how I wanted some of the buttons to operate and had to remove the unit to connect back to my computer to reprogram it.

(I know, long story just to say that I didn't use the RCA jacks)

So according to the description for that harness your RCA plugs would go to your LINE IN input on the back of your head unit or it requires an 3.5mm adapter. Either way you don’t require it or the 3.5 adapter unless you intend to connect an external hard wired iPod like device into to Head Unit.
