I installed a full ome lift this past weekend with dakar leaf packs. I went with the EL095Rs, which are suppose to give 2 inches of lift. Both lead packs are marked as such, as well as both being marked O - which is supposed to mean on spec for lift. Both are installed with the directional arrow pointing forward.

Both sides measured at 22 inches center of the hub to fender prior to the lift.

I am getting 23.5 on the driver's side and 24.75 on the passengers side. So I am getting 1.5 inches of lift on the driver's and 2.75 on the passengers. That's a crazy amount of difference...

I've been working with ARB to figure out what's up, but they have been super slow so far. There tech department hasnt been picking up the phone so it's been thru email, and the east coast to west coast means I've been getting one response a day if I'm lucky.

Has anyone seen anything like this before? My guess is it may be a mismarked EL096 leaf pack? This are supposed to be 3 inches of lift. Or maybe an incorrect leaf in the pack?

I've double, triple, and quadruple check and everything in the rear end seems as should be. I asked Marie at headstrong and she said they've never seen anything like it.

Just an update in case anyone else runs into this in the future.

I guess I cycled the rear end at the wrong time or not enough upon install. I ended up loosening all the bolts on the leafs and shackles, jumping up and down in the rear end, and retorqing everything.

Both sides are at 24.25 - or 2.25 inches of lift.

When I redid this before, I just did the high side thinking that was the problem. I'm think the problem was really on the low side I tightened up the leaf bolts early and it was holding it in an incorrect position
