    1) How may belts are there on a V6 Taco and what are the change intervals?

    2) As I understand it, spark plugs on V6 are due every 30k. Are there 100k plugs I could use that are safe?

    3) In the interest of engine longevity, is it advisable/make any difference to switch over to full synthetic @ 96k if its been running dino oil previously? Any downsides to going full synthetic other than cost? I've read about vehicles developing leaks after switching. This would be undesirable.

One belt, I assume you are asking about the serpentine drive belt, I think the interval on changing the drive belt is around 60-70K, I would stick with the oem copper plugs in the v6 the plug part Denso # is H20HR-11, I use mobil 5W30 dino oil, but switching to synthetic is your choice, but I always use regular dino oil with no problems, you would have to wait and see if anyone else that uses synthetic oil chimes in on the last question you asked about.

Stock plugs, 60k belt and the oil question is controversial in that there are so many different opinions. Dino use to suck and synth really was miles ahead in terms of technology and additives. But now Dino oil is really really good. Synth has a finer structure and that's why some peeps develops leaks when they switch but some don't. My opinion and that's all it is, is stick with what has been used. When I built my bmw I started using synth in it but in my taco I use the factory stuff and don't think twice. There's my .02
