If that was a ‘24 grill the bones would be on the inside and the meat on the outside. That way the drippings wouldn't drip all over the charcoal making your combustibles last longer and you’d get more btu and longer burn per briquette. Just sayin’….

My model has a digital mother board with large red digital temperature display and wifi connect to my apple phone for grill play. I can drink and grill from the couch while watching the game. It also has an improved frame and bottle opener built in the side. Updated sophisticated grillin at its best. Just sayin….

Ya: I'm good. Here's my set up. Pour in a half a bag of Kingsford Match Light, throw in a good strike-anywhere wooden match, let it self-clean for 10 minutes until everything glows a dim red, add steak/fish/chops (no veggies). Shot-Gun a beer, turn and eat. Done.

Either way we end up with a full stomach and half soused! Although its nice to tell my wife while watching the game, ‘dont bother me I’m grillin’.

 

Nah. Gimme an old fashioned basket of lump coal and manually fiddled with dampeners. When I get complements on my smoked rib, that's all me baby. No credit goes to Mr. Traeger.

 

Lol. Thats a funny one. Very appropriate. Mines not a traeger. I got it for the crawl control. Slow smoking fish at a constant 150 degrees is rough with charcoal. If it only had a flat screen tv.
