Seems a bit harsh. I was thinking perhaps you could challenge her to a bikini mud wrestling match, and post the ass kicking on you tube.:crapstorm:

Sorry to hear about this babytruck. Call the cops and your insurance company. You don't need 'friends' like this.

Depends on what hit what. Our neighbor backed his Honda CRVs rear bumper into the rear fender of my brother's Jeep Patriot. $3500 in damage to the "Jeep". Had the neighbor not admitted fault, there is no way I could tell it happened by looking at the CRV.

    neglect, mostly.
in a non joking way, i would sit down and write her a letter or email. gives you time to write it just right without being what you feel as too harsh or soft, yet also addresses your point very clear. maybe the law and direct confrontation is not what you need right now. however, she has no right to keep going about her business with you sitting there miserable thinking about it. like i said, draft a well written email, save it, think about it for a a while and send it if you feel it says all you need to say.

if none of that works, it seems to me you'll have to involve insurance and the law. paying it out of your pocket and secretly loathing her for the rest of your life while she goes right back to her own business is not fair to you in any way.

Her: "That wasn't there when I hit it"

You: "OK, well I guess I'm going to have to call the cops and file a hit and run then. Of course, you just admitted that you hit it, so stick around or don't, but it'll be worse for you if you leave again."

    Handle your business.

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
I shed a tear too for babytruck, but in honor of babytruck you must make the bitch pay. If she admits hitting your truck but no damage was done, she can take that up with the insurance. Unfortunate for her, she was the last person known to have hit your truck so the burden of proof is on her to prove that someone else mysteriously came behind her and hit babytruck causing the damage.

Pardon my language here but, F*CK HER
She is not your friend if she did this sh*t.

Get her insurance info. If she will not give it to you tell her you are going to get an lawyer. Hopefully that will be enough to scare her into fessing up to the crime.

I doubt the police would get involved since it happened in a parking lot and there were no injuries (human injuries that is).

Don't suppose they have security cameras in the parking lot at work?

    OR
you could arrange a TW meet at her house ;)

dang! that sucks babytruck! i say call the police (some departments will deal with it because it is a hit and run and because there sounds like allot of damage) my brother is a cop. oh and if you’r work has cameras. ask to see them and if they do and it got her hitting babytruck ask to have a copy of it.(incase you have to take her to court) i kinda fill you’r pain. i had my truck keyed 13days after i got it!! i have never been that pissed off and mad in my in tier life!!!

edit: and i don’t know who did it. and it maybe a good thing i never found out to this day and that happened like the end of may. because i would have beat someones a$$!!!
