Someone trying to sell my truck on Craigslist for me

Or at least they're posting pictures of mine trying to sell theirs. http://pensacola.craigslist.org/cto/1285507214.html. Looked strangely familiar to this http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/4-cylinder/12570-4-banger-pics-18.html#post486941 (scroll down to post #351). Called the guy and he said he found the picture on the internet, most likely this site, and he was using it until he got some updated ones of his. Kinda freaked me out for a second when I first saw it, thought I was about to get caught up in some kind of internet scam there for a second. But he sounded pretty legit on the phone, so I guess it's kind of funny. I check craigslist regularly for good deals on used parts, never thought I'd be seeing a picture of my truck up for sale.
