    Hahahaha....
Nobody asks me for anything. But then, I stick to the 'machines' (not the free weights).

I hate it when people don't wipe off the equipment when they're done. I think I'm a minority...I always wipe my shit up.

Firmly agree, I will give it a wipe before and after I use equipment. Too many dirtbags out there.

Ha, that's my #1 pet peeve at the gym (mostly because they only have one squat rack, and it's always occupied). In general, it bugs me when people use the "wrong" equipment for an exercise, blocking somebody who wants to use it for its intended purpose. I.e. using dumbells on the bench press (use a regular flat bench, please), sit ups on the decline bench press, curls or deadlifts in the squat rack (why do you need a rack for deadlifts?), dumbell shoulder press on the preacher curl bench, etc.

#2 pet peeve: guys who want to claim exclusive use of multiple pieces of equipment for intervals or supersets.

I hate people that have ILS. Imaginary Lat Syndrome. They walk with their arms out like their lats are so huge but there is nothing between their I shaped back and their puny arms.

I am tempted to make shirts that say "Join the fight against ILS" and have a picture of some kid that thinks he is sweet on the back with his arms out to his side.

HA! I would buy that shirt.

Oh the things I've seen at the gym. I wish guys would use a little more discretion in the locker room. At no point is it ok to hoist one foot up on to the counter by the sinks completely naked so you can try your balls.

There should be a limit on how small and tight of shorts a guy can wear.

There is no need to grunt loudly or scream.

Another thing that grinds my gears are the girls that spend 10 minutes on the tread mill or elliptical barely moving and never produce a bead of sweat and then they'll do some half assed lifting with the lightest possible weight. What is the point?! Stop waisting your time if you aren't going to work.

WTF! All the gyms I have ever worked out are hardcore style gyms with just the basics. If you asked someone to hand you a dime you might get a slap in the face that knocks off your mandana.

Curious to know what *trying your balls* means? (laugh - nevermind! Maybe I don't wanna know)

Tight shorts are good....on good looking & shapely guys. I like to see a little curvature (The girls can appreciatte this). ;)

I hate portly & chubby women who think they look good in spandex or tight fitting clothes. Ain't nothing worse than your rolls flowing outside tight fitting clothes.

 Girls aren't supposed to sweat!! (just kidding)
Yeah...there are people who go to the gym and aren't all that serious about it. Atleast they make the effort. Maybe someday, they'll push themselves harder. I'm not all that serious about it either...but I do break a sweat! And often, my muscles hurt the next day. I know I push myself. :)

I hate it when old women in tight clothes walk on the treadmill going like 2mph not even sweating, and are texting or talking on the phone. Not that i expect them to run a 5min mile time but at least put the phone away and get to work

Kinda like the really BIG people on treadmills doing 2mph. And the nasty thing - they go only 2mph and they sweat like stuffed pigs!!! Ewww!!

In terms of Senior citizens....I wouldn't expect them to go fast because of health issues.

Yeah, that's sooo ghey to talk on the phone while working out -no matter what you're doing. Talk to your buddies before or after you're done.
