Hit deer last year on driver side and i fixed the fender and bumper myself after that incident everytime i pull to thhe left my front driver tire always rubbing pinch weld sometimes really hard when i hit bump, also noticed the the wheel is not really in the center between fender gap (photo attached)
Went to alignment shop twice and they said everything okay, went to auto shop they said they cant help me
Does anybody experience rhis before and know what was wrong with it?
Maybe just bent arms or bushings? I looked under and everything seems right
Also steering wheel pulls to the left

more than likely a control arm is just ever to slightly tweaked, that or your frame was tweaked a bit with the deer hit....

just how big of a hit did the deer impart on your truck? Any pics?

Looks like your control arm is a little jacked. Shoot by a body shop and have them take a look. Should be a simple fix.

If your fender replacement fits fine otherwise (door, hood, grill) it's not how you installed it. It's something underneath.

You need to find new shops. Ones that actually know how to measure stuff and inspect parts.

You might want to take your truck to a reliable (that's "r-e-l-i-a-b-l-e") shop to locate the problem. Maybe a shop that's been around for a few years and that specializes in front end repairs. To me it sounds like the places you went to aren't very knowledgeable.

    But what do I know...

    fixed some punctuation

also if it's been pulling to the left since last year why have you not asked sooner?

could very well be bent parts. time to take it to a more reputable mechanic and have them look over the frame and driver's side suspension components (if you don't feel comfortable taking things apart).

Hopefully just arms or other suspension parts not the actual frame/tower itself

I wouldn't think it was the frame, more like upper and lower arms got bent along with "maybe" the steering rack inner and outer tie rods.

these truck are built lighter and a lot "softer" then full sized trucks so things can give way and bend, which is a good thing, so the frame isn't what has to give way

Did you get your numbers from the alignment shop? They should have supplied you a sheet with all of your angles.

    I'd suggest taking some measurements.
    1. First straighten your wheels, and measure from the front / outside edge of the tire/rim to the frame. Straighten your wheels until this measurement is equal.
    2. Next Let's measure between the wheel centers if you can, front of rear to back of front rim if you can't get the centers. Lets compare left to right on that.
    3. Next, measure the lower ball joint to the front cab mount, left and right.
    4. You can also measure from the cab mount to the front fender , or other anchor point.
You are looking for inconsistencies, if something is bent you should be able to isolate it.

Are you seeing accelerated tire wear in that spot?

Since it pulls to the left, that's a pretty good indication that the left side has less caster than the right. A lower control arm that's bent back will decrease caster. If there's more camber on the left, that would make it pull to the left also, but from your pics, and description, I'm pretty sure the lower control arm is bent back. Find a better alignment shop. There's no way you can have the wheel pushed back that far and have acceptable front end alignment.

I know pictures can be misleading, but looking at the pictures, his wheel that got hit, is definitely a couple inches farter back then it should be.

that is not about any sort of adjustment out of whack, that is bent parts under there

I wasn't insinuating that a front end alignment would fix his problems. I was stating that out of whack alignment numbers would give an indication of what's bent. Right caster +2, left caster -2, would be a pretty good indication that the lower control arm is bent.
