Ive been stabbed 27 times with an ice pick looking tool when I worked at a group home for "at risk Teens" and lived to tell you that I was stabbed

Spearfishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Not a big deal I know, except when you drop below 240 feet. It's a whole different ballgame that deep.

 

Rode aboard a C-130 Gunship conducting live fire testing (night time and LOTS of firing) with the 105 Howitzer and 40mm cannons.

 

Looked into a nuclear research reactor. four stories above the rods, and the water was so clear it looked as though you were standing on top of the rods. Pretty cool experience.

 

Which reactor?! Was it the one at WSU (in Pullman, WA) or Idaho or another one?

I drive 10+ totally different brand new cars on a daily basis

 

I spent 5 months underway (underwater or on the surface. NOT in a port) on 2 submarines in 1989, ran out of almost all food on both. My actual permanent duty sub was in drydock.
I still hate the thought of rationed apsaragus and peanut butter.
