Kicked Rod Stewarts entourage outa the VIP section of the Troubador. True Story.

There was an charity benefit show at the Troubador in Hollywood. I was working security for my friends band that was playing. The upstairs seating section was reserved ONLY for people who had made a MAJOR contribution to the charity. They were given special passes that I was checking.

Rod Stewarts daughter was in one of the bands that played that night. His band, family, and entourage (literaly about 15-20people) showed up. I checked em all for wristbands and told them to bounce. After arguing for a bit I said they could stay but had to leave after watching the daughter.

It was a charity show and people donated good money to be upstairs!!!! Why should these "A-listers" get to show up and do whatever they want without paying? The band members actually came up to me after the show and were cool about it. They said they knew I was just doin my job to which I said y'all would want me to do the same if it was YOUR show right??

F Rod Stewart, F Hollywood, F LA, Venice you're cool, F CELEBRITIES IM OUT!!!

Flew a T-6 Texan II, T-44C, and the mighty P-3 Orion (200 ft, 250 KIAS over water). Going to Djibouti Africa in November to play with the pirates, I would venture to guess most of you have not done that.

I met Victoria Principle in a university hallway many years ago while she was looking for a friend on a surprise visit. She would have been in her early 30s at the time.

Got blamed for getting 2 chicks pregnant. Even though my a** was in Afghanistan. One of my friends laughed at the idea, then she asked if I had "superseed".

You're only supposed to back into docks, driver. They get mad when you back into their buildings. :boink::D

    I remembered another one-

I came into the Lowry tunnel a little hot one winter morning and immediately learned how to drift a Mack front-load garbage truck through the bend in the tunnel. The crazy thing was- there was a car broken down in the tunnel just around the corner. To this day I don't believe I would have been able to avoid them had I been going the speed limit and stayed in my lane. As scary as that was I think it saved those people's lives.
