100% not the CV. Try temporarily swapping your driver and passenger side 5100 if possible. See if it still droops like that.

Yes, jacked up from the skid plate allowing for full droop. I’ll try getting more pictures in the morning.
Lol thanks, once @Squeaky Penguin mentioned a possible shock failure I went full blown search mode. That’s a pretty solid idea! I may have 10k miles on them, I’d say less than a year. So who knows if there’s a chance of warranty claim but ill be on it for sure.

After looking at it more, thinking about what other people have said, then looking at it some more, I definitely think its caused by your balljoint being rotated. Hitting a small-ish rock at 30mph is going to cause the suspension to cycle up, not down to break the droop limiting tab.

well I can swap the upper joint first, check the droop, if it’s still bad then I’d say the shock. I did flex the crap out of the truck too though. I’ll post pics of the trip.. I guess it was worth the headache lol.

By the looks of the first picture I’m going to agree with the call that the shock is toast. The angle of the piston rod looks wonky.

Interesting, the drivers side doesn’t even expose the shaft at full droop. C5B31819-8B8F-4F8A-85A1-A950B36BA562.jpg

I bet if you remove the top nut that inner shaft would pop right out. The limiter is Broken on the inside it looks like.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
Can't tell from that picture, could be on the back side too. Maybe measure from the lower shock bolt the the coilbucket side to side and compare.

The shocks are the downtravel limiter (in most cases) on these front ends. If one side droops more than the other, it has to be the shock. Guaranteed that one is toast.
