sometimes get weak idle on start

About 1out of every 5 times i start my truck it will start right up but idles very low till i tap the gas then it'll run fine. i just changed the fuel filter and the spark plugs i got the NGK spark plugs that where mentioned on the spark plug change page. my truck runs fine so idk what i could be. thanks for looking
