I think it was answered a bit here, but yeah, Opie was a "blood for blood" because of Pope's daughter being killed by Tig in a "drive by" where Tig was trying to kill someone else.

Yes, Clay was set up to take the fall for Pope's murder, but that would have just stuck him in county until the trial. He is back in prison because everyone forgets that he, as well as Jax and several others, are still on parole. After being accused of Pope's murder, California revoked Clay's parole. THAT is why he is actually in the pen, and not county waiting for trial. He has not been convicted yet of Pope's murder.

I am assuming, like I posted earlier, that Tara made sure nobody could get close to her until Jax. So that he could see the blood. Then, when she goes to the examination room, you can tell she is already dressed in a hospital gown well before the doctor comes to examine her and check for the "heartbeat" of the baby. Plenty of time for her to discard a blood bag, that is seen all over the place in hospitals.

Actually, if Gemma suspects that Tara was never pregnant, she could get a lawyer to demand a blood test. A pregnant woman will still have the enzymes in her blood that indicates pregnancy for up to 2 weeks after the baby is born, or there is a miscarriage. Yes, you can prove she was never pregnant, but you would have to be fast.

 

This....My girlfriend will stay up as late as needed to make sure we see it. Gotta get the 2 year old to bed first then DVR commercial free uninterrupted Sons.
