Trading in my 06 Jeep unlimited on a 2015 dcsb trd offroad. I love the jeep but I am tired of wrestling the two muchkins in and out of the two door. I seem to be constantly in need of a bed to haul stuff in too. I had a 95.5 tacoma that I drove in college regular cab 4x4. Really liked the truck but I was big into wheeling and needed a tow rig for my jeep and ended up trading it for a 2500. I also drove a 98 4runner for a few years. Really liked it as well and sold it for $500 more than I paid for it. Looking forward to my third toyota and I have already learned a bunch by reading these forums and look forward to learning more.:D

Welcome. You're picking a great truck. What has you sold on the 2015 instead of waiting for the more efficient 2016?

I have went back and forth on that 100 times... Don't tempt me the other way again or my wife is gonna start calling me waffle. I was going to get a 6 speed too until I read the negatives here on the forum and talked to a guy with one. She is tired of me talking about that too.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
IMO wait and buy a new '16 ;) then supercharge it.

Tell your wife if she doesn't want to hear about it there are plenty of younger women that would. JK

Can't go wrong with a 2015 because they're so battle-tested. I love my 2013, but I would hold off for a 2016 if I were you. If there's a decent improvement in fuel economy and power it would be worth it. Any kinks will be worked out through TSB and warranty work.
