I just bought a magnetic gray sport v6 manual extended cab on sunday and I love it, I left my 2004 Colorado for this so there is huge differences in just about every way for the better. The truck runs and drives amazing not to mention the inside and outside look beautiful. You will love the truck I promise

 

just curious what problem you guys ran into? what to look and hear for? just bought one yesterday and would like to find out all potential problems/issues

 

I concur. I liked the look of the scoop then found it distracting. In the end I got a great deal on a OR and I feel it will offer more utility. Both are very nice and I don't thing either is a wrong move.

 

Test drive all the models. Our thought really don’t matter. It’s going to be your truck. Be happy and enjoy YOUR truck. Best wishes on the new ride.

 

Best advice I can give is these 6 "rules":
1. Take all said on these forums (anywhere on the web really) with a grain of salt. Remember there are folks that are haters, pot stirrers, and just had unfortunate bad experience; but these folks are typically the most vocal.
2. TW can be very helpful, just remember rule #1
3. When buying a Taco TEST DRIVE it. Drive it like you will when you own it. Do not be polite or politic just 'cause a salesman/wife/girlfriend may be in the truck.
4. Do NOT spend/finance yourself into a hole
5. Get what YOU want and what YOU think is important. All others be damed
6. Rules 4 & 5 apply to mods as well.

With all that said. If you think you would like any particular option drive a truck with it and TEST the option.. is the sound really better? Does the leather/cloth feel too slick or grippy? etc.
