All google has to do is threaten to relocate out of the US is the bill passes. It would come down to congress deciding on Google's 29billion annual revenue and anyone else willing to join them or the movie industry's 10 billion yearly revenue.

Tell that to the people who allowed the NDAA to pass with a vote of 86-13. Unless the people of the US start standing up and doing something we will become nothing better than Korea, China, the USSR, etc. A militant and communist state. I believe that NDAA was the first big step in that direction and it'll only get worse unless people actually try and do something about it. SOPA and PIPA was/is the second step it's only going to get worse. One of my favorite quotes on this subject is "When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny." by Thomas Jefferson and also by Thomas Jefferson "The beauty of the 2nd amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." People must speak up against these things but nobody cares about politics or notices bills that are trying to be passed or are passed until it's to late to do anything about it.
