    Installed;
    A few things:
    Had to fab a bracket for oil cooler, bumper was making contact with stock mount
    Fitment is pretty darn good. Would have liked the sides to extend out and meet the fender, and maybe closer to the grill in the front.
    But all in all, damn fine bumper !!

    this is where a few more inches could finish off the look;
    [IMG]

    cut line:
    i cut 2" further down, then mocked the bumper up, drew a line and cut it 1/4" under

    bumper to grill fitment;

    This is how I mounted the fogs. Square peg in a round hole was odd.o_O

    Temporary brackets, if all tests well..I will make some coated flat steel ones.
    edit;
    Not sure what lights were used for testing, but the tab was way off for my Baja's.
    About 2" too far in. Still love the bumper though!

    If you had to do the cut again, how would you do it so the fender flare matches up?? I've got one coming like yours 3rd gen. but with Baja bar - your truck looks badass btw! :thumbsup:

    Any chance you'll be doing a group buy around tax season?

    If i was to do it again, I'd cut the over fenders further down(see red line below)
    [IMG]

    Not a big deal, if it bothers me enough I can order a new set of front flares and trim them lower.

    The L shaped bracket Is a rear bumper extra brace. Bolts to the out side of the bumper mount and under the frame. Not really needed, Just sent out with them. The S shaped bracket is a rear fender stiffener. Also your option to install it after cutting for the HC rear. Install for that is in my Rear bumper thread post #2

    Unfortunaetly All front bumper stop half fenders. Customers were paying big $ to have shops cut the bumper back to run bigger tires. So I did that to help them save $$

    @EddyRRT ...Any updates on the remaining bumpers? Do you think they'll be shipped out before the end of the year or sometime in January? Thanks and Happy Holidays!

    Sounds good. Looking forward to getting one of your bumpers. If I were to get your rear high clearance bumper. Would it be hard to get the dual swingout put on later?

    Installed my bumpers today. We tried everything to get the front to sit right. Not happy at all with the way it is now. Theres a big gap all the way around and we cant get it to sit without having a big gap toward the fender.

    Ill be installing one tues. Ill take pics of the install. When you set the bumper on the frame studs theres a gap. To get rid of the gap the bumper needs to be lifted evenly and then tighten down.
