Would love to get some details on your tonneau.

 

This is a Lund Genesis roll-up. A few notes. This would cover your factory cleat rails normally, however you can do a rail relocation by placing a spacer in place of the rail. You could then bolt through relocated cleat rail then tonneau rail through spacer into factory holes with longer bolts. Just need to drill the tonneau rail in the correct location. This gives just enough room for std. Cleats, mini cleats even better.

In my set up due to the width between the bed rack angles I shaved approximate .75- 1.00 off the header and closing rail. Honestly before this set up I always had to stretch pretty good to cover the velcro on the tonneau rail. Now I have slightly more fabric since I did not trim that but it tucks onto the velcro between the tonneau rail and bed rack.

Further notes on my set-up, having the angle iron on the bed rack the complete length of the bed would be a plus, I had Eddy leave it a bit short so I had some mounting flexibility I fill the gap left at the end of the bed rack, between the tonneau rail and bed rail with a home made filler shim. A bed length rack rail would eliminate this but reduce flexibility in locating the rack front to back.

BTW have had this cover 7 years and Lund just recently sent me new rails free of charge due to velcro pulling up. So I highly recommend the customer service.

North Dakota Fastenal is one of the busiest in the world. The guy told me multiple trucks come in daily so thats why it got here so fast.

 

I live outside Atlanta, probably the biggest freight / shipping hub of the southeast, and they can't get it here? Monday will be two weeks (it's still not here).

 

Well, evidently I misunderstood the parts list and ordered my rack without any channel locks / bolts. Suggestions on locking this down?

Where do you get your bolts? Looks like 3/8x16 I'd the right size/thread, but HD only had 1"+ length and that was way too long.
