How many have you done, and how many do you have left to do? Trying to get an idea of when I need to plan to head to SC. ;)

I also finally have my wheels and lift on, so I measured and I have 30" of clearance to the garage door/frame. The RTT measures 14" tall, so if you can build my rack to 14" (I think that's +6" like we originally estimated) that will give me a +/- 2" buffer.

Just a heads up. Thought I saw you on the CVT GB... Tent is 15.5" thick. Tent is 12, ladder is another 2, and then the rails are 1.5.

Thanks, I just saw that. I had read 14" on the website and was pretty sure from browsing the forum that the ladder was not included in those 14". I figured if it was, I could take it off if clearance was a problem.

I suppose I could drop to 12", but I want to make sure the tent is high enough off the ground to make sure of the annex without worrying about water leaking in because the material is piled up on the sides.

On the website I think it included the ladder but not the rails. It was brought up in the GB and Bobby fixed it on the website. Like I said, just wanted to give you a heads up because I still haven't got a bed rack yet, still trying to figure out how I want it so I can still use the annex (and it not leak) but at the same time keep it relatively close to the roof line.

Yeah, I think those are somewhat mutually exclusive. I asked and I'm pretty sure I was told the normal height for use of the annex is 78" (+/- 5"), or 68" +/- if you use the Velcro to roll up part of the side wall.

The bed should sit around 50" tall stock, so the tent/annex top would mount around 59.5" (+8" for the LP rack, +1.5" for the RTT mounting hardware). That would leave the top of the tent (when closed, not counting the ladder) around 71.5" or just 1.5" above the roof. It also leaves you 8-9" shy of the minimum height to use the annex properly.

I don't plan to take the RTT off ever, unless I'm moving something, so I don't want it to kill my gas.. Lol. Especially after I get my lift and 33s installed.
