I’m a patient man, but there’s always something. I’ll give it a week before I contact my bank. Thanks for looking into it!

Sorry dude. They’re done. I can ask them to send you a picture on the pallet with your name on it. But seriously. Shipping blows.

What would the going rate for an SOS transfer case skid be on the "used" market? I bought a trio a while back and never installed the 3rd. It got primed and painted the day I received it and has just sat in the garage since. I don't think I'm going to install it because I truthfully dont need it, don't really wheel much unfortunately.

Also, someone educate me. Frame braces with a slimline bumper? Obviously something to brace the frame, I got that part. But are they needed in order to mount the bumper or to help support the added weight of a steel bumper, or more less just a recommendation for those who plan for heavy winching?

Hey @SOS CONCEPTS! Placed an order for your weld on frame braces a week ago. Just wondering what the turn around time for them is since they are just bare plates of steel. Thanks

My main reason for purchase; to add strength! I want the reassurance knowing I won’t rip my bumper off or crack the factory welds after yanking someone out or using my winch. I’ve seen too many scary pictures of what can go wrong. The sheet metal there is very thin and the factory studs are not strong. They’re designed for a 5 lbs crash bar, not a steel bumper and then to be pulled on. I plan to use the weld on frame braces along with these frame support brackets from Backwoods: https://backwoodsadventuremods.com/...16-tacoma-front-bumper-frame-support-brackets

But Check out the pics in these other threads of what will go wrong. Post #16 in the first link.

Can you help @mosquitoTaco figure out where his order is? Seems he’s been getting quite the runaround, too.

ps, I got my sliders installed last week - love ‘em. SOS could be a top dog if their customer service was better.

Still no word on my sliders that are going on 19weeks? I’m done with this company. Eddy was so good to work with. This new owner has no business sense. I’ve been ghosted for 3 weeks now and was promise my product 10+weeks ago. I absolutely would not order anything from @SOS CONCEPTS again. I just want my money back and can’t get a response on that. Now I have to go through putting in disputes with PayPal and contacting my lawyer. Turning into a Pelfrey built type situation

That sucks man! @uploadadventure hasn’t got back to you with any info? After he inquired about my order, it was shipped the next day. But then again mine was only the weld on frame braces

I've always thought it be extremely weird or coincidental that orders somehow get fulfilled when @uploadadventure reaches out on behalf of the customers, after countless failed attempts from the customers. Also didn't know Eddy sold SOS, but I heard of this same thing happening under him as well. I wonder if the new owner sucks, new owner is better but having to deal with leftovers of Eddy's shortcomings, or if this is just the standard in most fab companies? Not taking shots at anyone; I don't know either owner, just observing over the years.

No, he messaged me the next day and asked for my order number which I sent him right over. Now I haven’t heard back from him yet either. I have messaged him a couple times as well as 3 more emails to @SOS CONCEPTS

All I know is communication has been terrible with the new owner. Even at eddys worst times for me he would reach out after a few days. This guy has been nothing but proven promises and not owning up to what’s going on. I’m super disappointed and going to be on the phone with PayPal filing a dispute now.
