All my systems are tuned for BTBAM, and I kind of don’t give a shit how anything else sounds, it just so happens everything else sounds great too, except really bass heavy hip hop, that shit gets overwhelming.

So just a general guideline, if you have too much bass, turn it down, don’t turn everything else up lol.

yeah I learned the hard way when I first decided to put a rap song on and the bass made the speakers cut out…so I lowered the bass solves the problem…all other music sounds great even with lower bass.

I’ll wait for my subwoofers for when I’m ready to push more bass.

I know what you are thinking… “wait, isn’t dolbytone old?”

Yes. I’m going to be 50 soon. I used to play metal however, just out of high school. Consequently I’m always interested in metal with great musicianship with quality recordings. I’m just going to go ahead and say it. This is the best band I’ve ever come across.

I wanted to link a video of Disease, Injury and Madness but I couldn’t find a good one really quickly so I defaulted to the first thing I heard from them. I bought The Parallax II: Future Sequence in a record store unheard because the album artwork was great, there was some titties, and the song names caught my attention, especially the album title.

Ultimately I was not disappointed because the moments of grace kept me in it long enough to come to appreciate the really heavy parts, and eventually I just started really loving every bit of it.

It’s not for everybody, but this really is the most technically excellent and diverse band I’ve ever listened to.

It’s not Apple it’s your internet speed. Lossless files are massive I think at the highest setting over 100MB. This happens with my Tacoma. I have all my audio going through and Sony gsx 9 and a arc PS8 pro. It’s worth downloading the files as there is a noticeable difference between the lower quality files.

I am actually playing lossless off of a thumb drive. I just needed to update my eq to give me a decent sound again.
