Sound Deadening on Sunroof Interior?

    Has anyone put any type of sound deadening/dampening material on the outside of the interior sunroof shade? I.e., the area inside the glass but above/outside/on top of and affixed to the sliding interior shade?

    My new Thule AeroBlade rack has wind noise and it seems quite a bit is coming through that area..

    You might be able to slip some MLV in there. I haven't tried it though, so I don't know if it would get hung up on anything when you open the sunroof.

    i wish toyota put sound proofing in the headliner... can't stand the 'metal - ting, ting' when it rains..
