Source for OEM, remanufactured parts?

Does anyone know of a source(s) for OEM, remanufactured parts?

I like to buy new OEM parts in most cases, but if I could buy a remanufactured OEM part (a power steering pump, in this case), I might be O.K. with that.

I *personally* don't like to use aftermarket parts (as a general rule I've had bad luck with them).

Suggestions?

I've learned that Toyota now sells remanufactured parts through "Factory Dealerships". I used to go to the dealership to buy "new" parts like starters, water pumps, etc. Only to find out the parts I was buying were "Remanufactured".
The last starter I purchased through the dealership has REMAN STARTER next to the part number 28100-75070-84

I even contacted "Ask Toyota" and they confirmed the use of remanufactured parts.
