Source of 2001 Tacoma Tailgate SR5 & V6 Emblems

I have learned Toyota has discontinued some of the 1st Gen tailgate emblems. I am sure you already know about this. I know the TOYOTA chrome emblem (PT211-TT980) & Tacoma chrome emblem (PT211-TC980) are still available.

Cannot seem to find the SR5 emblem (PT211-SR982) beside the eBay gougers or any P/N information on the V6 chrome emblem. Any help would be much appreciated. . . . . Thank Guys & Gals

 

The V6 emblem hasn't been available for a long time. I think it went NLA 3 years ago

 

Your best bet for the "SR5" emblem is to buy a "Prerunner SR5" kit on ebay and toss the "Prerunner". Who knows, maybe someone here will buy the Prerunner badge.

I know what you mean though, these were available pretty recently and ever since the NOS cache dried up, the prices have been ridiculous. Like, how much crack would someone have to be on to drop $999 on a complete set of tailgate emblems? Insane.
