Going to attempt a chuck roast, brisket, and a whole beef tenderloin, all on Friday, then want to smoke a big ole salmon on Monday. First tine doing any of them, but had good luck with NY strip on the beef side so far.

Oh! And those smoked chuck burgers. Gotta do those, too, since Publix has ground chuck at a mad decent price.

Reading it all now, shit, man, someone might have a coronary this weekend. You got a nice plan going, too. Have fun with a hook in the water and cook up some tasty fish. I'd take that all day long! Those chops should be yummy.

I can work around your schedule boss. Hoping these front brake lines come in, decided what the hell. Already swapping rears, might as well do the fronts.

Theres a guy at work who just welded up a crossbar to two feet and put 4 bolts through each foot to a plate that matched on the inside of the cap

I'm swapping in the FJ axle tube so the front diff will always be spinning (not AWD just free spinning because it'll be disconnected from the trans via fj tcase) so I'm worried it'll bind up in regular traffic
