    The .300 blackout is on a small frame /ar15 platform. The .308 you posted earlier would be on the ar10 platform.
    Both are good rifles but they serve different purposes. The blackout could be compared to a .30-30 while the .308 is a higher power/ longer range weapon.

    It depends on what you want to use it for.
