Kinda you use to be able to get them cheaper on the gov't auction sites.

 

Here's one. You just have to look for a long enough time and be willing to be patient. Even the old ones like this are the same as the newer ones for the most part nothing has really changed with them over the years. This one is still being bid on but they rarely reach 1000 bucks. I've seen the old 5/4 Chevys go for 5000+ on the civilian market yet you could scoop them up at the gov't auctions for under 2g.

Eddy's been pretty busy lately and just got back from from KY & TN. Might need to alert him again to it.

 

I got to see if we'll have my stepsons that weekend or if it will just be the wife and I our new baby... may have to persuade her to see if she'll let him out of the house at 2 months old lol
