    @EricL and other tech nerds, who's got thoughts on raid hdds? I picked up 2x 4TB WD Red drives from Neweggs last sale. I want to put them in a striped raid on windows 10 now and later move them to Linux (when I swap my boot&data drives to a new desktop build). Is there a good way to Windoze raid now and Linux raid later?

    I been doing raid 0 since about "96".
    Depends on what raid config you want. Speed, redundancy, storage.

    Just data. I've seen that there's windows spaces pools as well as disk manager raid. Looks to me like DM raid might be usable with mdadm in Linux maybe.

    Yep, raid 0 = Stripe. OS is already on ssd, just want to know if I can change to Linux and move the raid over.
