I hate HOA and id rather live under a tarp than deal with the stupid rules that retired Karens come up with. I parked at my mom's house ( has a HOA) and this lady came out of her house and asked who I was and yelling.. so I finally turned around and yelled at her that I was the grim reaper and that she was next.... 20 min later the vice president showed up. Lol

 

Likely just to check I.D. Many claim to be the Reaper just to get their foot in the door.

Ours too. It's far too large of a neighborhood to have someone walking around policing. We have a community management company we hire for that, and boy are they dumb. Had an extension cord going to my fiero to power a battery maintainer while I was working on it for a couple months. Got a letter from the management company to remove the cord, and that inoperable vehicles need to be stored in the garage. I wrote them back that it was an EV, and never heard another peep.
