My plans are to sand it all down. Cut a door for my dog inbetween the cab and shell. Add tie down points on the inside and flip the side window door hinges to flip down instead of up to work as a table for camping. Add some cheap lighting with quick disconnects and store it in my shed most of the time until camping. Who needs an RTT anyway.

Powdercoating wheels depends on two things, size and color. What size are they and what color are you interested in?

put the RTT on when actually camping/using it. even in that case, make an air deflector like homer did.

Why would you cut through your truck? Couldn't that cause an ass of problems?

I hate shells and RTTs on all the time lol the shell will stay in my shed and I don't plan on getting an RTT for a long time. Too much money. I've been using my north face tent and it's too much of a pain to set up and take down.

I don't carry much in the bed when I camp anyway so it'll be as simple getting in and going to sleep. No set up

I've got an eno for when I'm by myself but normally I have my gf who refuses to sleep in a hammock. She firmly believes your a soft shell taco for a bear. And sometimes I've got my dog. Who actually loves the hammock but he's as big as me
