    Well I tried to see if they would send me the new bushings for free but they just gave me a parts number and a store to buy then from in NJ.

    I need to look into these. If they project further than I'm interested. I got cheap ones and they are bright but are not projected like my halogens were.

    It's possible that is the resonant frequency that you are hearing. We test what that is on big electric motors and avoid running in that frequency range. We have the drive ramp through it as quickly as possible and we never run constantly at resonant speed. It will cause excessive heat and the bearing will burn up. If anything vibrates at resonant frequency with enough amplitude for a long enough time, something will give.
