It's more about clearing downed lines, and making sure bridges are structurally sound I think

Yeah I have two Stihl's gassed up and ready to go in the back of the truck. My plan was to help as well but don't know if there is a website to check road closures :notsure: .

I'm looking for the major roads coming back from Columbia. Don't want to start heading back only to find a blockade half way down.

Water was a foot from the house. I can launch my kayak from the garage. Three houses on my street, mine being in the middle, sit just a tad higher than everybody else...so others may not be as well off.

Also, there is supposedly a second storm surge event to come still..............shit needs to go! Hahahhahahaha

What the fuck is wrong with ppl? This was just shared on my neighborhood page and I know the person who posted it............

<sigh> Our neighbor was robbed last night sometime before 5 a.m. This morning we noticed that his truck was gone and C ran over to his house and the back door had been broken in and the door standing wide open. We're in Sangaree. I sure hope they find whoever did this.

Who does this shit in a storm like we have????????

Rain water...we're not in an inundation area for surge but I hope it doesn't go up with the tide.

Yeah really hoping that I don't come home to some shit like that. Did you see the news footage of the hidden camera that caught a woman breaking into someone's house that had evacuated? Some people are just scum.
