Ever thought of looking at the Lexus GX470/GX460? Pretty much a 4Runner V8 with leather and better suspension

Haven't really paid any Lexus attention but may.

 

Wife drives a 2011 GX460. It's tits.

 

Pretty much a Toyota Prado and share a lot stuff with Land Crusier, FJ Cruiser, and 4Runner.

Full time 4x4 with center locking diff. GX460 6spd auto. GX470 5spd auto. 329 hp on GX460, 320hr on GX470, etc.....

 

More of a real challenge and you'll stand out from the crowd of Land Crusier, FJ, Tacoma and 4Runners....

 

Dropping the Doggo of tomorrow for his surgery Thursday. They will have him for about 3 days. I spoke to the surgeon today, did some reading, and watched a few videos about it.

I have a better feeling about it now than I did yesterday (I was still going to do it either way). The Dr. was really cool when I spoke to him. I left a message at his home practice, and he actually took the time to call me back (I thought that was good). He said he was going to call me, like he does all his patients, but I beat him to it.

We should be back to this in a couple months:

Swimming at the lake with the kiddos. Ryder swims like a fish, until he forgets what he's doing, then he sinks. Swimming is supposed to be a very good rehab for this operation.
