    Saw it on the news...but not surprised. Somebody backs up a toilet downtown and it'll start a flood.

    I'm not close enough to the water to get salt unless it's a massive surge. I'm on the outermost edge of an evacuation zone...literally walk across the street and I'm out of it. o_O

    Honestly either way is frustrating to me
