yep, weve had life lock for several years now since someone filed taxes under our numbers. idiots didnt pay my bill though, tbey got a nice refund I presume.

that is only credit monitoring though. locking it up is the safest way, and a bit of a PITA but gotta do what you gotta do

 

I have an auto-renewing fraud alert on my credit. Any inquiry gets me a phone call right away to verify if its kosher or not. It's a paid thing, but it has definitely worked.

 

yep, initially it gives teh yay or nay of being breached. then they are supposed to email, with enrollment info. did my initial yesterday, no email yet though

yeah we got ours.......took till nov / dec. and had to paper file for 3 years. PITA. got to efile last year for first time in many

Not exactly sure but I've got me my wife and my son being monitored 10 or 12 bucks apiece I think plus maybe seven for the kid per month
