    Don't let a snorkel give you a false sense of security with the water. Hot connectors will stuck water in when the cold water hits them. We duplicated this with test fluid and a black light. Water even sucked up into the strands in the wires.

    I hear you there. Nothing like not having a payment.

    My wife said if I put some wheels and a cap on the 15, I may never get it. Then, I'll just get a full size. Lol

    Any house news?

    We're keeping our eye on the two I shared with you last. The one is still under contract so if it becomes available again, we'll probably jump on it. If it sells, we'll see what the price per sqft ends up being so we can use that to make an educated offer on the other one.

    Hopefully before the end of the year we'll be on Hartwell. :fingerscrossed:
