smart move. I do that too. I need to rip the center console and head unit out and find out where a damn infernal squeak is coming from. according to the woman, its now migrated to the backseat somewhere

 

I drove back from Rock Hill last night and I’m stuck at work today so I can’t do it. I’m going to go by Harbor Freight tomorrow and grab a torque wrench to make sure everything is good.

 

yup. I find myself hitting random places in the cab just to see if it stops for a bump or two. no dice yet. I can put pressure on any panel in reach and it doesn't stop it.

 

I need one of those too. then maybe I can stop borrowing scotts haha

my truck makes so many rattles, squeaks and groans, if something stops making noise, I worry

 

surprisingly this is my first and only rattle on this truck. my old xterra had one that would change pitch with temperature. weirdest thing.

working on figuring out this Mexican place. according to the guy whos eaten there, it really helps to speak Spanish, but sometimes theres a guy there who knows enough English to make it work, and there are no prices on the white board, which is also the menu. somewhere up in N chas across from either an IGA or a Food Lion. has "Best Mexican in Charleston" as a banner outside.
