The fuck? I have laid on my dog and held his muzzle for the vet at my place. They have never said crap to me, I wouldn't expect them to do any worse than I do should the need arise. That sounds like a case of someone being an entitled shit.

@Jeffvt0508 don't make any rush decisions I've been there it sucks but take a day or two just to get your head together then start looking around for other options.

 

New horse vet near me. Jeff, if you start working there, you're only a couple miles from me. Close for truck mods.

 

And covered bays for mods in the rain

 

No horses there, yet. Maybe they are pretreating so they will feel at home.

from the few stories ive heard about your boss, hes kinda a dick to work for. the fact that someone was upset about how you restrained their (probably unruly shithead of a dog) dog while shots or whatever were being given, shows that they themselves probably have never had a dog or taken it to a vet that does the shots and stuff in front of them. we've had to have three people restraining a dog in order to give shots and take swabs and such and it certainly did not look pretty to the customer but at least they werent asinine enough to think that it could have been done any other way. I seriously HATE people that are like that. im sorry buddy. I know Vets are always looking for good vet techs and I don't think you should have much problem finding your way into another vets office. just take a couple of days to cool off and get your head right. I know youre nowhere near Rock Hill but my old vet (employer) just opened a new shop and might could use a hand. if youre interested, theyre called Palmetto Veterinary medicine and surgery in McConnells SC. good luck bud, and just know you have a great TW family to help you out if you need it!
