Mine delay is a Duke power isn't cutting the power on in time so that they can finish certain items of construction... but on a positive note, bc I locked in the Feb date and it's not my fault that closing can't happen, I'm still going to only pay closing costs like it was in Feb($400ish) and they are paying the difference. Plus my first mortgage payment isn't until may 1st

How in the world are you only paying $400ish in closing costs? Or is that the difference?

Bc i negotiated thay they pay $6750 in closing costs. And by closing at the end of the month I was getting a per diem credit which brought my down from $1700ish to 400ish. I like making deals ;-)

Sheesh. I'm letting you negotiate my next mortgage! lol We got 5 grand out of the sellers for closing, but still paid several thousand with the down payment, underwriting, etc.

What gears are you going with? I think that's going to be coming up for me in the not so distant future if I want to run 35's.

Lawd I am glad my kid is essentially virtual schooled. The number of stupid ppl copying threats the past 2 days is stupid. So far at least 10 of my friends have had their kids text them with shenanigans....all are at different schools. Let that shit sink in for a moment..................

eh I know the dangers, but I also know we did some stupid shit as kids that was just as dangerous (or worse!). The only concern I have is when others come to play on it and the stupid crap they might do. Solo? No worries (probably the same with siblings?) It is the friends I worry about! "Hey yall watch this" types.......
