    The best BBQ that I have had in SC came from my smoker. For the most part, SC BBQ sucks monkey ass. GA BBQ is MUCH better overall. Sorry, but it's true. And, by the way, I love mustard, but it doesn't belong on BBQ.

    While catching up, reading about BBQ- i was wondering when you would post, lol! :D

    My favorite style BBQ is santa maria bbq. Not smoked, but still rooted in tradition. Love SC bbq, never had any in GA. Cant stand the nasty pickled pork in eastern NC.

    Love grilled veggies, so I guess I am only part carnivour, lol :hattip:

    LOL...a general rule of thumb for BBQ places is...If there's not smoke rolling out of a chimney, it's not real good. From my experience, most BBQ in SC is cooked on gas and then covered with sauce of some kind. Good smoked meat don't need sauce. Or at least I should not have it put on for me.

    Got an ins adjuster coming at 9am to look at my roof. Praying for a new one.
    Challenger should be here friday so until then...I had to mod a car in GTA V
    to get my fix. :)

    Theres no way xbox or PS can match the graphics of a pc. It looks pretty sweet with the right monitor.
