    Gotta get in quick on places down in HB. Another unit just sold a month or so for about 10k less but it wasn’t remodeled. This place has brand new everything except windows. It’s a pretty sweet pad though! Fingers are crossed it goes accordingly

    They won't ever tell you that I believe it is a law not 100% on that though. But more than anything that would be unethical bc you aren't at an auction buying it. Hope you land it though don't settle if you have time look more if you loose this one.
