    Inspection was done last Friday (@rogs6266 kept me company and explored the area with me)...house is in great shape. Some minor stuff which was to be expected. Now waiting on appraisal.

    Home safe and sound. Made great time until I hit the pa line. Sat on 81 out side the Carlisle exits for 35 mins in a stand still. Construction season. 2 weeks from tomorrow final move down. So crazy no trees up here even have any leaves and only some have slight buds. Susquehanna county got 3 inches of snow to my north yesterday, they can have it!

    I’m over it. Pa has a few nice days every summer no doubt. I’m just tired of the 9-10 months of clouds, rain, high taxes, outrageous gas prices...I could go on for days. Honestly once we move I prolly won’t come back for years. Just nothin keeping me here or wanting me to come back.

    When I left PA for good, I never went back until my grandfather passed away in 1996.
    It was mostly because if the bench warrant, but I won't go into that. :thumbsup:
