    Well.... dropped off the Challenger at 11am. Lady told me to have a seat in the customer lounge.
    Which was a good sign, thinking well, it's not going to take that long to diag a faulty clutch.

    I told her if I could get a shuttle back to my place, I'll just drop it off. All good.

    Still havnt heard from them as of 5pm. Which to me is a really good sign that it isn't the clutch. (No warrenty)

    And a better sign that is is in fact the 5th gear synchro ring that went bad. (Warrenty).

    Just can't believe it to be the clutch in my experience. No other gear gave me any issues. All feel positive with a feel of a "click" going into gear except 5th. I've grinded that bitch probably 15 times in the last 10 days.

    So I'm hoping for some good news.

    Sounds like it's the synchro to me . Not the clutch if it was that it would be all gears plus youd know it just by driving it it would be slipping

    Exactly. No slipping and every other gear feels solid. Now, I won't say that I have babied that car. But I certainly don't abuse it. But 28k miles and the clutch is toast? Not buying it.
