Just turned 135k yesterday. I cleaned the MAF at the same time I did the plugs.

Ok gotcha . Have you done a fuel system cleaner/treatment yet . I do that every 30,000 miles I run it trouthr the intake and cleans all the carbon out and the valves but you'll have to take it somewhere for that unless you have the drip bottle to do it with. Also on a side note I've noticed some gas lately has been causing somes of these issues

I have not done the fuel treatment. Do dealerships do it? I’m taking it in to get some stuff done and if they do, I’ll just get them to do it.

In the intake duct before the throttle body. There are 2 sensors the IAT and MAF in it. The actual MAF is up a little tube when you pull it out the visible part that looks like a dangling bulb is the IAT so clean both. I usually use MAF sensor cleaner or and electrical cleaner. It's not as harsh as Carb/throttle body cleaner but that works also.

Do the simple things first like @ahspurlock and @JimboAnz suggested. Even though you just changed your plugs its a good idea to pull them and check the coil pack boots and plugs to see if there are any traces of missfire, cracked porcelain, etc.

Vacuum leak, air intake leak after the MAF all can cause rough run as well. Unmonitored air going to the engine. Also if your air filter is extremely dirty or that secondary air filter if those haven't been changed and are slap full of dust and debris. I took the secondary air filter out of my truck.

This^^^^^ if you suck seafoam or similar too fast into the engine and it hydrolocks not good go slow and take your time. That's why Adam suggested a drip bottle it's easier to control and goes at a steady rate. Seafoam has some good directions on their can. But be prepared for it to run rough for a little while and smoke like crazy for a little bit. You are essentially flooding the engine.

I've gotten some gas lately that caused low gas mileage and felt a little down on power I think their water separators needed to be changed and I got some with excessive water in the fuel sucks!!!
