South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

Holy shit fur missles.. That got an lol out of me.

 

I am leaning towards the AC just because he likes laying on the floor. Loves riding in my sisters Tundra when I fold the seats up.

The storage underneath folded DC seats won't work for him to lay on and it feels like a lifted Tacoma might be a big leap for him into the standard seats.

How are yours getting in and out?

 

I know other people that have access cabs and dogs, they love it.

 

Awesome. That and the 6 foot bed are really selling me.

Plus fiancee and I don't want kids for like 5 years so plenty of time to enjoy the AC if I need to go bigger later.

New house, bought ring and got engaged to fiancee, and finishing up my MBA which I paid for out of pocket... All in the last 4 months

Jimbo will get that price, the truck is worth it. The man doesn't need my low ball offers as I am budgeting myself at $15-20k.

 

Shoot, by the time you mod it up... Which you will, they all do... You'll be well over that.

 

Just bite the bullet and do it. You'll wind up spending WAY more any other way. Believe me when I say this.

 

I pick up the older one, the other 2 hop in no problem. 2 huskys and a German Shepherd.

I've got a 6' bed with a bakflip, it's pretty much a giant trunk for luggage and canine implements.

Honestly, all I want in my ideal build is:
1. AC (Manual or Auto) TRD Offroad
2. 3 inch lift - bilstein, fox, icon, etc... just not RC blocks.
3. Camper top, if possible.

 

Completely agree that I may - but I will be financing a lot of the truck and want to keep payments low so we can knock out fiancee's loans (not that high and she makes good money). Getting the truck means I can get her out of the POS Pontiac she drives without ABS and get her into my Mazda 3.

@JimboAnz I did send the pricing update to my coworker who has the land cruiser. He is looking to get something with a truckbed. I will let you know if he (read:his wife allows him) is interested!
