Planet Fitness is a good spot. Reducing your daily of intake of food to attain a caloric deficit is necessary on top of working out. There’s tons of guides on weight lifting, but getting out there and using them is the best way to learn IMO. Other advice is to be consistent and patient because it may be a while before you start to see the results you want. The very beginning is always the most difficult for people, I think.

You got this. Other than what we use at 9 Rounds, I don't do weights. Just from an hour of treadmill at 3.0 speed and 5 to 15 incline 2 or 3 times a week and 1 or 2 9 Round sessions, I have dropped 30 lbs in 2 months. The activity alone caused my appetite to shrink and the cravings to go away
