Planet Fitness is a good spot. Reducing your daily of intake of food to attain a caloric deficit is necessary on top of working out. There’s tons of guides on weight lifting, but getting out there and using them is the best way to learn IMO. Other advice is to be consistent and patient because it may be a while before you start to see the results you want. The very beginning is always the most difficult for people, I think.

If you're looking for a full body workout you can do in your garage or in your house, check out Brute Force Sandbags. You buy the workout sandbag, fill it to your strength level, and then they have an app that shows new workouts every day.

The workouts they post will destroy you if you are using the right sand weight.

But they have leaderboards and check ins that keep you going and interacting. And the workouts and app are free.

I worked on their manufacturing side. Mickey mouse operation and terrible to work for. A lot of your store brands are made by them too.

Ok I thought I had a buyer for my Fox shocks. But I do not. Is anyone interested in 2.5 with 600lbs springs and rear extended 2.0 with reservoirs? 54861BFD-BCD3-4576-A7AF-3A50351F8190.jpg

I guess I get a do-over now Baja Roof Rack, SOS Concepts Bed Bars, Tepui RTT,SOS Concepts Streamline, (mostly)Keeping it washed

You got this. Other than what we use at 9 Rounds, I don't do weights. Just from an hour of treadmill at 3.0 speed and 5 to 15 incline 2 or 3 times a week and 1 or 2 9 Round sessions, I have dropped 30 lbs in 2 months. The activity alone caused my appetite to shrink and the cravings to go away :)

Just picked up my rack and stuff. The drive home felt so good with the bed loaded down with a couple hundred pounds of weight back there. I want to keep it in there all the time

@Jay W. you left some Shocktops in my cooler from the meat meet. In an effort to not commit alcohol abuse and let them go skunk, I’m taking the liberty to have my way with them. They’re pretty tasty...
