    So going to CA with my truck in Decem for a wheeling trip, now realizing that:

    SAE aux high beam light bar may in fact be illegal in commifornia

    My 3M Crystaline on front door winows and windshield is illegal in CA

    My modified TRD exhaust- with CAT delete is also illegal there.

    And you aren't a resident and pass SC's inspections and what not and legally they won't win a case if they try enforce their inspection/vehicle requirements for compliance based on residency laws. You are not doing interstate commerce there so your vehicle should be fine. Why do you think the lights would be illegal in that doc. you linked it clearly stated they are legal. You just cann't have more than 4 and 4 types of lights on at a time. There is this thing of free travel within the as a US citizen.
