Looking at more houses today. Saw an awesome house in gray court last evennng. The wife and I are leaning more and more about moving towards Gray court, Simpsonville, north of Lauren, somewhere alittle more in the country.

Resale of a house is way better closer to Greenville compared to Greenwood. Just gotta keep traveling around and exploring. Not a huge fan of Greenwood honesty.

I recall reading something awhile back about a Bison package. I want to say this was pre- launch for the Colorado.

One thing is certian- Chevy continues to develop their mid size truck. Will be interesting to see exactly what Toyota will do- and how the new Ranger will impact the market.

Look around Fork Shoals, too. Just south of Simpsonville, a little more in the country, but close enough to be near everything.

We've talked about buying in Simpsonville and getting TF out of Greenwood, but its harder with the kids in school, and the commute would kinda suck.

Edit: Hickory Tavern and Gray Court would get you lower Laurens taxes, too.

I hear ya brother, she’s not happy about the 40 min drive to the hospital. It’s crazy how much further your money goes in those areas though.

You know how over priced hunters creek and those places are yet no one can afford the houses. I would like to be above Hodges, Ware shoals area. 30 mins to greenwood, 30 mins to g ville, close enough to the lakes to fish and plenty of woods to hunt.

Just gotta find the right house for the right price!

We lived in Ware Shoals for a year. Matter of fact the house we rented is for sale right now. It's a nice in between Greenwood and Greenville, but there is nothing there except the Pig and a decent pizza place. Just don't try to order a large pie from them like I did! They were pretty WTF about it.

Yeah I’m not sure if it would be worth the risk to have the rear sway bar. All it does I think is make the rear end want to slip out more easily

Headed up to Greenville shortly for a double birthday party for my niece and nephew. Should be fun, but that drive... :annoyed:

I went from a 5 minute commute to 30 minutes when we bought this house. No fun.

My mom was in the hospital in Greer, so we had to take 85 to go see her. I'll be glad to see that done and over with.

The biggest adjustment for me hunting here is the fact you have to be real careful where you step. The land I just bought is apparently a hot bed for rattlers.
