Pelfrybuilt situation is crazy.. Makes no sense to go completely dark on your customers without any kind of warning, message, anything. Customers have hundreds of dollars riding on you... They're going to think the worse if you do that. What did they think was going to happen? Instead of complete silence, admit you're behind and won't be taking further orders until they get caught up.
